Free on-site quotation

We offer a complimentary visit to your church to discuss your specific requirements of the new system and to offer advice as to how this could best be achieved. Whilst on site, a survey of the building will be undertaken and photographs taken.

Following our visit, we will provide a detailed quotation that outlines the cost of each option, including alternatives if needed.

Should the project progress further we can supply a comprehensive specification, including any relevant annotated photographs and wiring diagrams, to clearly illustrate our proposed cable routes, equipment locations and installation procedures to enable you to apply for any permissions necessary such as a faculty or Archdeacon's permission

Installation of the system

Once a date for the work to begin has been agreed upon we will provide health and safety documentation and prepare the equipment ready for installation.

Once the installation begins any of our 3 high level lifting platforms or scaffolding tower, if required,  will be delivered to the church by ourselves and collected before the agreed completion date. Whilst working in church every effort will be made to keep the church open to parishioners and the public, barricading off any areas we are working in and where scaffolding and lifts are in operation. If services fall within the installation period, breaks in our day will be planned to accommodate these. During the installation the work area will be kept tidy and at no point will outside contractors be used to carry out the work.

Once completed the new equipment will be demonstrated to interested members of the church at a convenient time for both parties, enabling those who will use the microphones and in some instances operate the system, the opportunity to ask questions and get hands on training.

Lastly, any furniture that has been moved during the installation will be returned to the correct positions and the church will be cleaned ready for you to begin to use your new system.

6 month trial

Our trial period typically lasts up to six months, during which we will work closely with you to adjust and fine-tune the system to meet your specific needs. As part of this trial, we will schedule at least one visit to a typical service, allowing us to assess the overall performance of the system, your use of it  and implement any necessary adjustments.

2 years interest free payments

Once the trial period is complete and you are happy with the system, we will issue an invoice. Payment for the system can be made in four instalments, spaced 6 months apart.
